The Bay Crest Park Special Dependent Tax District's mission is to provide for the beautification and betterment of the common areas of the Bay Crest Park Waterfront Community

Chapter 189, Florida Statues- Uniform Special District Accountability Act. (https://www.flsenate.gov/Laws/Statutes/2018/Chapter189)

Statutory authority for the levy of the tax, fee, assessment, or charge.

Collect via Ordinance 85-37 established by Hillsborough County Board of County Commisioners.
